Its impossible I believe. Law of conservation of energy. In order to burn calories, there just be a need for them to be burnt.

steroids repair muscle tears faster, when you work out you create micro-tears in your muscle fibers, when they are repaired, muscle gets bigger. they're related to testosterone.

if you want to lose weight easier i suggest laying off sodas and drinking more water. carbonation and caffeine are blood diuretics. you should be able to work out harder if you do that since it increases your anaerobic threshold so youre muscles dont fatigue as quickly and you start producing lactic acid later in workouts.

If you're sitting down watching T.V. and you see a commercial on, lets say... Coke and whilst you are watching this a screen flashes up of Pepsi too quick for the human body to recognize but the mind picks it up, at the end of that commercial you're going to want to go an drink a Pepsi... This is illegal by the way.
If you go to a website in search of a subliminal message (That won't even work because you are expecting it) and it is a message to lose weight then you're probably going to want to lose weight it will NOT brainwash you into going to lose weight and it will NOT do anything physically to you.
