Healthier suggestions?

Is anyone here committed to a healthy diet/regular exercise program?

I recently started working out to lose the baby fat and tone up a bit, and it's been about three or four months now. I still have this layer of baby fat after exercising 3 times a week for anywhere between half and hour to an hour. I avoid fast food like the plague and order salads or the next healthiest thing on the list if I absolutely must...

I eat two or three times a day, but my parents don't exactly buy the healthiest choices...

I was wondering if anyone has suggestions as to what I could go and buy for myself, such as vegetables and fruits, meats and alternatives, healthier dairy products and grains and such...

Re: Healthier suggestions?

Eat more often in small doses. Excercise daily if you can for 30 miniutes. Shopping the perimeter of a grocery store will keep you with the healthier stuff.
