Question A perfect diet.

I need to know a good diet;
I'm perfect weight, But i work out constantly.
Is there a diet that will help the results from workingout show up.
There may not- And your probablly thinking "Oh my god, is this girl serious?"
But i'm just curious. Thankyou!

Just don't eat junk food. Most fat comes from junk food and when you don't eat it your body becomes more toned from working out.

Theres no such thing as a "perfect diet" sadly.
But there are good tips!!

But pretty much the basic rule is, "Eat when your hungry, stop when your full. Don't overdo fatty and sugary foods." Simple.

Drinking a lot of water makes you feel full. If you think water is boring, make them flavorful. I add CrystalLite packets and Propel packets to them to make them yummy.

But remember not to overdo the whole 'diet thing'. dont starve yourself because that is unhealthy. besides, when people starve themselves, they usually overeat later. Plus, skipping meals lowers your metabolism, so stavation isnt even worth it

cardio is what makes you lose wieght, well like aswell as dieting, but cardio ( like running, biking, anything like that ) will make you lose wieght, and keep you fit

weight watchers is good to watch your food points and your food portions i have lost 43 pounds from it and you could do it too!
