I Quit!!!
ok, in the process of quitting. DAY 18!!! WOOT!!! I havent had a cigarette in over two weeks! It sucks, but I went from being a half-pack a day smoker to quitting cold turkey. I didn't think i could do it!

I'm thinking about quitting, but every time I try something ends up happening that causes me to get stressed, and then I start smoking again. It's like a never-ending cycle :[

I had the same problem, but i just decided that it needed to be done, or else I'd end up being thrity and being a two-pack a day smoker. What helped alot was listening to music when I had a craving..... and alot of weeeeeeed!
