I think they're both disgusting. I haven't tried them nor i plan to.
Victoria, balut is an egg with nearly-developed embryo inside. One boils it and then eats it. Century eggs are eggs that are put in some things; I'm not sure what exactly. Anyway, they are kept like that for weeks, until they are green and then they're prepared and eaten.
