Lifting weights, eating healthy, perhaps some sort of cardiovascular work outs (running, jogging, etc.) It all depends on your body type and your metabolism speed. It varies from individual to individual. Going to a gym is a good way to build muscle as you are able to have access to various types of machinery and equipment that could benefit you while you aim for your goals.

Yeah he must mean muscle. You don't get muscle fat there two different things. Thats like saying you want a bigger foot hand.

AFAIK you have muslces everywhere on your body that you can move. By doing explosive exercises like weightlifting they will eventually get bigger. You will also need to eat more especially proteins so you get bigger. Look it up more though as I know F all.

If you wish to gain muscle mass ( like I am) don't focus a lot on cardio. Unfortunately, I cannot do any other work outs other than cardio (for certain reasons) so I have not gained much muscle mass in the past 5 or so years that I have been doing cardio.

You should try weight-lifting of course, but don't strain yourself, especially if you are still young.

Eat lots of protein filled foods, you will need to put on some fat to turn it into muscle. And do a lot of heavy weights...

Weight lift, Heavy Weights but low reps ok.
Taking a supplement will help give back the energy your muscles need to repair and get bigger after your workouts.
Do weight sessions 3 times a week.
It will take time though.
I dont do weight, but if i was then this is what i would do!

Go to the gym and speak to a trainer. Tell him your goals and he will put you on the right path. Besides this:

Eat a lot of proteins and lots of fiber.
Eat an access amount of food. You need more than you burn in order to make mass.
Instead of lifting light weights many times, do heavier weights fewer times. I do 4 sets, 6 reps. You are supposed to be struggling with it.
Limit the amount of cardio you do.
If you are having real trouble, consider taking creatine.

Thank guys. Im goin to the gym pretty much 10-15 times per month since Oct. I just want my muscles to look bigger.

I'll try and use a heaver weights.
