I understand that you want to lose the weight but I think that you're really doing all that you can. Try your best in terms of maintaining a healthy diet. That doesn't mean eat dramatically less - but eat a little bit healthier than you were before. You could treat yourself every once and a while but try to ensure that your general diet is a healthy one and provides you with all of the required nutrients in order for your body to function effectively. Maintaining a healthy diet combined with exercising regularly should help you take the weight off - and keep it off. |
