Weight Loss ?

Okay over the past 6 month I've lost in total 1 st 12 pounds.
I need to loose another 6 pounds for my BMI to be exactly 24...
However I seem to be slipping on my diet I'v given myself 2 months (I know a long time) to loose the weight. I go to the gym for 6 hours a week and eat healthily I just want any advise really....

All you can really do is maintain a healthy diet and exercise. I would highly discourage any other weight-loss methods. I understand that you want to lose the weight but I think that you're really doing all that you can. Try your best in terms of maintaining a healthy diet. That doesn't mean eat dramatically less - but eat a little bit healthier than you were before. You could treat yourself every once and a while but try to ensure that your general diet is a healthy one and provides you with all of the required nutrients in order for your body to function effectively. Maintaining a healthy diet combined with exercising regularly should help you take the weight off - and keep it off.

Just do A LOT of cardio. And make sure to take in less calories than you burn.
