After breakfast, if I ever actually ate it. I usually only eat once a day. So I shower in the morning, have a smoke, then brush my teeth before I leave. Then I brush my teeth before bed.

Brush before you eat. Because while you sleep bacteria and shit gather in your mouth. If you just straight up eat without brushing it gets in your body.
