Yo... I wasn't sure whether to put this in da Food and Health section, but it relates anyway. So, heres the question: how do I get ripped over the summer (3 months) and what do I need to eat in order to build muscle effectively?
Just eat a bit healthy. Buy some protein whey, or creatine ( which has protein in it also ), and buy power bars.
And also lift weights do running and stuff like that.
It takes a bit of time.
But your muscles need protein to grow larger and stuff.
But the creatine makes it like if you work out today (your muscles get ripped) and if you go to work out and lift weights tomorrow then your muscles wont be as sore because the creatine put the muscles back together from where they ripped from lifting weights.
