So are you happy with the weight you're at now? Or do you want to be skinner? |

Not necessarily meaning fat.
You can tell me to stop asking you stuff at any time, by the way.
I'm just interested. ;D |

Or did you just start wanting to be skinny once you got skinnier? |

I got depressed and pushed food away and lost it all.

Luckily I haven't really lost weight, though.
So if you were fine at those weights before, do you think you'd be happy if you were at them again? |

Mainly because I got of taste of being skinny and I wouldn't change it.
But don't think I'm weak because I can bench 195, so.

People cuss at me because I really don't support EDs but you know if that person is happy at what they are doing then let them be happy.
I don't have an ED. I tried to form one when I was younger.
But I have friends that have extreme EDs. And I've learned that nothing you can stay can really stop them for doing what they are doing.

The thought has to come from them, you just have to make them think about what they're feeling.
But yeah, the main job is getting them to understand how they feel. |

and once you get started you can't just stop.
Your stomach lining and the main stomach system does strink.
Which makes it very hard to keep down foods, even small amounts.
I mean yes, I have thought about it.
But personally I find no point because once you get out of treatment you start to gain back even more weight than before.
I have great self control. Which is a good thing because I can't stop myself from over eating and I can go days on end without eating. But that doesn't mean that I have a problem. I tend to drink more fluids than anything.

Problems often stem from control issues.
It's common in people who are depressed to constantly feel the need to be in control.
Control is a big issue. |
