dieting / puking / ect.

Okay... this ISN'T for popularity or beauty or anything.
I am very comfortable with my body [5'1 and 130 pounds].
But FOR MY JOB as a model and actress, I was asked to loose ten-twenty pounds.
So, any tips for losing weight or making yourself throw up or anything?
I cant exersize, I get too tired, and I cant starve myself, I have no will power.


Tips please! And fast!

Ha. I wont die from losing 10 pounds. I am actually considered overweight.
The ideal weight for 5'1 is 110. I want to be 120.
I've been doing plus size for short girls... but I want to do a normal swimsuit ad.

Once you puke the first time then you will want to do it more. Research it. Don't tell me I'm wrong when I know I'm not.

1. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do you know how stupid it is to ask how to make yourself throw up? That's not a healthy way to lose weight. It's not healthy for your short term wellness and certainly not for the long term. But, if you wish to throw up, have fun eroding your esophagus and stomach until you can't keep anything down.

2. If you like to rollerblade, do that for an hour each day, but do it so your heart rate goes up. Rollerblade so many miles a day if you wish. Drink water, too. My sister lost 3 pounds by drinking water and not drinking so much pop (soda, cola, whatever you call it). Exercise does not equal running. It can be enjoyable if it's something you like to do.

3. I agree with BabyJos. If this entire thing meant soooo much to you your entire life, you would have already started a diet and exercise regimen that was effective, but also healthy.

Run, Jog, Exercise, do it healthy, you'd be suprised how good you feel after you do physical activity and how bad you feel after you force yourself to throw up.

i lost 50 lbs in 4 months by not drinking any carbonated drinks and football. If you really want to throw up... exercise to the point of throwing up, us linemen do it alot.. we usually have a couple of burgers after but w/e.
