My cousin does pot

Hello Im new to the forum but i really need help with something, I found out a few days ago that my cousin thats my same age smokes pot. He made me promise not to tell but if i dont tell he could screw himself up with it. If i tell someone though he will never speak to me again. Someone tell me what I should do.

What are you freaking out about, its just 'pot'. Its not really a harmful drug. ALot of people do it and grow out of it. Its not phisically addictive. Plenty of people smoke weed. Its all natural, people in the stone age did it. Lots of teenagers smoke weed. Iev sold and smoked weed for years. Im on probation rightnow, so i havnt smoked weed for about a few months. But im good to go.

Yeah... I kinda had that problem, but I would never tell. Pot isn't as bad as other things, just let it slide, now if you find out they move onto harder drugs you might have to step in.

Yeah, I'd let your cousin do what they've gotta do, but let them know that if it gets worse, you're going to have to say something, because you still care about him, and you don't want to see him fuck everything up. If he appreciates your concern, then sit back and see what he does with his life. If he says Up Yours, say it right back and let him do what he needs to do. If he wants to ruin his life, let him. Then you'll be the good one!

yeah, i have someone that i'm really close that has started doin pot at the some months ago, and i was wondering if i should tell his parents or not. and i figured i'd let him do watever untill i found out that it was gettin out of hand. once i think its gettin out of hand, like he's doin it way too often or something. but he would still hate me when i say something, but the thing is eventually i truly believe that he will thank me for it. or at least get over it.

ye same, i dnt do any drugs (see the halo!) buts its hardly the crime of the century is it! not like people go mugging old ladys for money to buy a joint or go round fighting in the streets is it now.

try going to university and meeting someone who doesnt smoke pot.
