weight loss
hmm. ok well im starting this new diet and its just basically like eat less but healthy stuff (i tend to overeat and eat junk food) anyways i plan on going to the gym like everyday for about an 1 and a half to 2 followed by a swimming class that i already signed up and paid for.. well the thing is ive tried tons of diets before and none have worked and like i did slim fast and it worked for two weeks i lost 15 pounds and then i gained it back up and probably a little more.. it wasnt until this year that i just started gaining weight like crazy so im trying to get rid off it and i guess i need some support and encouragement so thats why im posting this.. i dont think i can do this for like 6 months without going insane.. i hope i can actually stick to a diet this time lol well these are my thoughts
i thought id share with you
if anyone can encourage me in anyway shape or form id greatly appreaciate it because this is very hard.. thanks!

no diet is going to keep you slimmer.
once you finish the diet, you put the weight back on.
it's how a diet works.
what you need is a change of eating and exercising.
eating healthier, {as much as you wish}, and exercising to work off fat will help.
+ you'll keep the weight off, providing you continue once you've lost the weight.

well i was thinking that if i was going to diet for a long period of time id get used to that idea of eating so it would become my new eating habit i guess.. idk food is my weakness, cuz i can do anything i put my mind into because ive done it before, but i can never do anything with food it always beats me and i seem to never have enough willpower. i hope it all goes well.. thanks for your reply

then i really wouldn't call it a diet.
more of a healthier way of living.
also, if you worry about it less, the pounds are more likely to drop off.

cuz just hearing the word diet makes me nervous but if i look at it as a healthier way of living i get more relaxed and look at it completely different

i was like looking at diets.
and if you drink green tea like every day.
it gives you energy.
also it makes your mitabolisim ( spelling? ) faster
making you able to lose weight quicker.
but you still have to stick to it.
and excercise.

just thought i would give you guys an update..
i started a new healtheir way of eating on monday and i started going to the gym for like 1 and a half to 2 hours every single day and so far i have lost 6 pounds which is pretty cool.. and i guess most of those 6 pounds was just water weight but still im happy about that

As said above it is about healthier way of living, I changed the way I ate and amount of exercise I did, I lost 4 stone in a year, I didn't join a gym I just walked a lot and cut back on fatty foods, not to a completely strict level as you still have to have some treats now and again but it works. One thing I don't do which I use to was eat late at night it is really bad for you and I use to do it all the time to give me comfort but it just isn't good.

There is a medicine called bezalip, it is used to control the amount of fat in the body. I saw it on United States Pharmacy Directory. This medicine can help you in decreasing your weight. Look for more information about it. You know only exercise won’t help….you need to take supplements to support you. Moreover, consume more fruits and vegetables.
