well mj i suggest tht u cut down on drinking coffe like sanya said its harmful u get addicted to it i has caffine init which is drugs and nt gd they have cafine in pepsi and coca cola as well and yea it keeps u awake most of the times anways this is abt milk yea i love milk i av it every day nealy morning and night its reli gd for u :) | |
