If not, go to your doctor and ask fr that to be done, if thats the problem it can be fixed easily with medication. If not, its just a case of eating more calories, to gain weight you need to take in more calories than your body burns, so after a bit of trial and error you should be able to work out how much you need to gradually gain weight. And I don't mean just fill your face with junkfood because that has just as many problems lol, try and find healthy foods that are higher in calories to eat and try and eat larger portions than normal. Perhaps cut down on physical activity until you begin to gain more weight? Like if you play sport often or that cut down your time playing? Good luck |

You need exersises that work your muscles, not nessesarily get your heart rate up or even out of breath just work the muscles. If you can get to a gym the weight machines are good for that there, start light and repetitive and work your way up. Exersises that make you hold certain poses can be good as well, squats can help with your thigh muscles, they might not get huge but itll help tone them and build on them. Some yoga can be good as well as the poses require you to hold your muscles for a period of time, so maybe look at finding a yoga class near you or buying a dvd? |

I work there so I know how fatty it is.
Your metabolism will eat up some of it, but not all, the rest will be stored. Therefore put on weight.
If this doesn't work, ask your doctor is there is anything he can prescribe you to help but on weight and lower your metabolism temporarily.

What you need to do is change your diet and do muscle building exercises. You should try to take in more meat for starters. Good, healthy calories with protein you will need. Chicken, steak and fish are great. Then just increase your calorie intake. HOWEVER. Make sure they are healthy calories. The weight you want is not weight from just fat. Because you will look and feel worse along with being much unhealthier if you're not gaining the right type of weight.
If you aren't already, it's best to join a gym. You look like you have a slim physique so you probably want to maintain that figure while still putting on a few pounds. Which will not be a problem (and you will only start looking better) as long as you follow some type of programme. It's very hard giving instructions over the net so talk to a trainer there and tell him you want to gain weight in a healthy way. Provided your gym has experienced trainers he/she should give you a programme that's right for you. Perhaps also mention your high metabolism and see what they have to say about that. I also have a high metabolism and so my only weight increase comes from muscle.
This didn't feel like the best reply to me, but I hope it helps at least a little bit. Feel free to ask any questions.
