I'm just after a little info on this. Don't really know anything about it just wondering how it affects people, particularly regarding relationships.
There was a guy in my school with it who could only come in for half days and had to stay in a wheelchair. I'd like to know if it can be cured and whether it affects peoples mentality also.
If I get some decent replies I'll explain why
Im not entirely sure what that is but I am amemic, well I use to be, and I think I still am. And I think it's the same thing. And I don't take my vitamins for it either. There should be something you can take to keep you from being so tired. I am always tired, and worn out and like dull if I dont have caffine, or something to keep me going. Its all about what type of things you do, some cases are worse than others.
No I'm pretty sure it's not, as I know Anemia is a defficiency of red blood cells. Although you may feel tired I think that is a side effect, rather than the main problem.
Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is characterised by severe and disabling fatigue lasting at least 6 months. It affects mental and physical functioning and can be accompanied by musculoskeletal pain, sleep disturbance, impaired concentration and headaches. Some people with CFS have concomitant depression and anxiety.
So to answer your questions most people do eventually recover and yes it does affect peoples mentally. I can't help with how it affects relationships though sorry.

I'm anemic too. Sometimes people don't understand just how tired you get, they think its just a lack of sleep or laziness. I have quite a low red blood cell count, so I think I get affected worse than others, but it can really affect your life if you do a lot of things.
