Yes. Morning and Night as often as possible. Mouth Wash multiple times a day, floss a few times a week, and clean the toung every other day.
My teeth are important. When I dont brush that often I feel dirty.

I try to brush my teeth atleast once a day but I have been known to go a day or three without brushing them. Nor do I floss, or use mouthwash or any of that stuff. | |

I almost never do so, and I haven't had any issues.

but for those people who are brushing a little more
please be aware of gum disease, it can be caused by brushing too much | |
