im not eating as much as i use 2. i jus dont get as hungry any more. i usually eat lyk twice a day tops now. before i wud eat 3 tyms a day n snack in between. i got a high matabalism so weight has neva been an issue 4 me, i wud eat n not put any weight on. i no not eatin is bad but if im not hungry i wont eat unless my mum makes me. i hav lost 3 pounds in lyk 3 weeks.
yeah, I'm over my growth spurt mostly and I started eating twice a day recently....and my mom says I'm losing weight (I don't ever weigh myself), and I too have a high metabolism...and I eat when I'm told I have to. so basically my story is the same as yours. weights never been an issue for me. So you're not alone

I eat about one bowl of cerial a day now, where as 2 years ago I ate 2 full meals a day, maybe even 3.
My appetite has deteriorated with my mental stability, I guess, and I've got myself into a rut.
I've been weighing myself the past year, and I've stayed the same weight, but the last 2 days I lost 4lbs, because I've hardly eaten anything.
It's easier said than done, but it's important to eat three full meals a day, in order to be healthy.
dontcha have meals together as a family? thats a way of eating three meals a day, cuz in my house we have like 90% of our meals together. dinner is always together, lunch is mostly together when everyones home, breakfast is whenever on the weekdays but always together on weekends. maybe that will help?
i went thru a phase of losin weight really quickly last year, but its passed and i dont even know how much i weigh now, although id like to weigh less.
and if youre really stressed, i suggest you keep food in places you go when youre stressed, ie near the computer or next to your bed. that way, youll see the food and remember you have to eat. maybe you should stick a piece of paper on your wall saying

and then put a packet of biscuits under the arrow.
I use to eat a lot. And when I say a lot then I seriously mean a lot.
And then I got to the point where I thought I didn't need food anymore. I would go hours and days on end without eating or only eating small foods such as a half bowl of cereal or a small snack like crackers.
Since I did that my stomach has gotten small, like on the inside. And when I eat too much then the pressures of my food push down on my stomach and it makes me extremely sick. I don't see a problem in it as long as you are eating and it doesn't have to be a huge meal.
I have my dad's body type. I can eat like two double cheeseburgers and not gain anything. Which is a huge plus. And I'm like a seagull when it comes to eating. Minutes after eating it comes from either end, if you get what I mean.

I starved myself for like 4 1/2 months, and then after that my stomach got a lot smaller. Now I eat but not as much as a teenage girl should. Sometimes my body like just doesn't accept the food anymore
