Confused

Im 13.
5'5 in. tall.
whats the average weight?

i weigh 145
not all fat though.

i just hate my stomach.
and good ways to get rid of it?

  • Overweight = 25-29.9
  • Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

Ahh. I don't feel normal weight.
I tried losing weight by starving myself or excersizing alot.

Stay away from sugars, and do some ab work 3 times a week, you'll see yourself slowly getting results without too much extra work.

You can try doing crunches? It will tone the muscles you have in your stomach. If you think you are overweight though, you'll need to lose some of it so the muscles can show.
