So yeah, after a day sea kyaking and swimming and stuff my nipples felt quite raw. It's now 2 days after and they still hurt, is there anything i can do to stop this?

I'm a guy, and yes i had a life jacket on, but on top of a t-shirt and it's just like a searing pain.

The fabric has rubbed your nipples raw. Maybe wear a cotton t-shirt, or even put a light bandage over them for a few days. I've had the same thing happen, and it is not fun. | |

Its normal, My nipples used to hurt as well for a couple days for like no reason.
I know, It sound weird but just let it go, If it doesnt go. you might want to go somewhere

I usually get this after swimming. I'd put a little moisturising cream around the chest area, it works for me so you should be ok. | |

Hmm, if you were out in the sun for a long time it could be just a sunburn, they tend to hurt worse on the nipples though.
If it is a sunburn I would use Aloe Vera, it helps soo much, even if you aren't burned it seems like it would just feel good lmao.
I also hear whip cream helps, but you have to lick it off instead of just wiping.
