Money: 3,076 Last Online: 06-30-2009 10:35 PM | Trying to gain more muscle in my wrists. Ok guys and gals. I have been working out for about 2 months now and I need to get more meat on my bones if you get me. My wrists are pretty skinny and I'm wondering what should I should do to solve this.

Bend your elbow and rest it on a flat surface. Keep your forearm straight, and bend your wrists (whilst holding the weight, of course), so-so many times (not sure). Backwards, forwards. If you do it sideways make sur eyou don't straight your wrist too much (sore wrists are hell).
Note: there's not much you can do to make your wrists thicker. Unless of course you want to get nice and fat :P. And, there's not a great deal of muscle there to pump up. So. *shrug*

Get a weight, maybe 35-50 pounds or however much you think you can carry with about half an arm
Put your arm on a table with your palm upwards towards the cieling
Now, put your hand over the edge of the table and stop at your wrist
Do reps straight up and down 180 degree angle
It might hurt at first though
It works on your forearms and wrists
