i'm on hunger strike

If you refuse to eat, you are just giving them more of a reason to not trust you and to think that you are immature.

If you want to be ungrounded, do something responsible and mature to gain their trust back. It will be far more effective. I did worse shit than you, and believe me, my parents had a REALLY hard time trusting me for a while. But, when i stayed out of trouble for a long time and became more responsible and owned up to my actions, they slowly started to trust me more. Now we are pretty tight.

Hang in there. Your parents are your parents. You have to accept this fact. They will attend your wedding. You will see them when they retire. Make peace now, so it will be easier to live with them in the future

Doing a hunger strike is a stpid thing...if you do bad things and thats the way your parents make you pay for them just accept it ...either way you can improve yourself and get their trust back...

ok my parents ground me for stupid shit. But you know what i do? I go out anyway. They bitch when i dont get out so yeah. But they dont ground me anymore cause they know i dont listen. I've snuck out and got drunk like 2 years ago (wouldnt do it now though, cause it was a bad choise), im not saying sneaking out is a good decsion. But its just something i do. I just dont like taking orders from people.

and no its not. If your parents are anything like mine are if i did something like that they'll take you to the hospital and have u admited or something. Its already happined to me once. I was in this place called BP2. Because i told my mom i was gunna kill myself. So she called the cops and the took me to the hospital. So yeah its really not a good idea to starve yourself trust me.

Sorry but it seems a little idiotic to me.

I understand why you might feel like you have to do something drastic to get through to them...but it's just not the way to go about it. In the end, you're just hurting yourself...and what's to gain from that? If you truly feel like none of this is your fault, then why not do something that's not going to possibly kill you? lol
