This is a truly horrible thing...

I would recommend you try and treat her the same exact way you did before the cancer, most cancer patience don't want sympathy or anything like that. Just be there for her, comfort her, have fun, be supportive. All of that good stuff!

Best of wishes to you and your friend. I hope they overcome and recover from this horrible disease.

I'm really sorry. And I agree just be a friend. She probably just needs to know someone's there for her.

I am not religious at all and even question the existence of god sometimes but in times like these, the only thing you can do is comfort her like you normally do and pray I'm really sorry to hear stories like this. Good people do not deserve to live this kind of fate

Just give her good moments while you're together. At least she can feel that someone has cared and loved her.

I know this situation, my best friends has just a few months... You should be strong, I know that's not easy but she is alive and you are alive ! So you should be together more time as possible... (I repeat everywhere but I can't speak English so you must translate and try to understand xD)

Just be there for her, Don't talk about it unless she brings it up.....Pray that she don't suffer and just love her like you always have.
