I hate him soooo much. He's a drunk, an ass and hes lazy. I started a job 2 weeks ago and he had my mom ask me if i could give him my paycheck next week to pay his child support, or he goes to jail for 30 days. And you know what i told her, i told her 'well it looks like hes going to jail cause i aint giving it to him' and why should i have to give him money which i busted my ass off working for? He doesent even have a job, he has my mom bum money off my gram and pap all the time. In like the past 5 months they have borrowed over $1000 off of my gram, and they havnt payed them back yet! Now anyway its his child support so why should i have to give him my money? Am i right? He needs to get off his lazy ass and get a job. He bitched at me when i lived with him and my mom, to go and get a job, but he doesent have a job. He just sits around home all day and fucking drinks beer. But does anyone agree with me about not giving him my paycheck to pay his child support???

i just relize my mom would relize what a loser this guy is and leave him but no hes god in her eyes, she even puts him before me & my sister. Which is pretty bad.

I agree with you, man. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for helping people when they're in a fix, but only if they deserve it. From what you described, this guy's a bum. Hopefully he won't come after you and try to force it or anything, though.

yeh he sounds unreliable so i wouldn't give it him, next time he has a pop at you about a job or soemthing tell him he's the adult and hasn't got a job and you have..how does that work? so if he has to pay child support that must mean he has children of his own right? well it's his responsibilty to look after his own kids not yours.

yeah he has a daughter, And i dont understand why he dont just sign his rights over to his daughters mother. Because he makes absolutley no effort to go see his daughter. Or to get his daughter to come see him.

Just for ASKING your paycheck, he doesn't deserve it. If you dont care abou him being jailled, then let him rot. Anyway 30 days is long. hopefully your mom will find someone else and dump him. Im sorry for you, man....
