Money: -2,197 | Telling the parents? Hey. I have been doing Graffiti for about 6 months now, and im tierd of hiding paint and such from my parents. I also hustle alot and traffic. I know i will be caught one day so i want to tell them about my art now. And hope they accept it. For those of you that have "come out" to your parents can you tell me how you did it? I hope you dont mind me using your way of telling them, but just for something else.
Thanks, Wizdew |

you should just tell them , they might be a bit like " what! you can't go round doing that" or whatever but if you want them to know.. . As for asking how to tell them, well it's not like you've committed some big crime , hell they might even respect you more for telling them.
or you could ask for some sort of board which you can graffiti on for xmas? |

And may I suggest perhaps.... not doing it if you plan on getting caught? You could buy canvas and display your art like. In a gallery.

You're defacing property. That's kinda why people get in trouble for doing graffiti hence why people don't just do it in broad daylight...
Also, is what you're doing graffiti or art? Because there's a bigggg difference between the two. I like graffiti, but only if it's artistic and isn't just some tag scribbled on a wall.
Anyways...I don't really think your parents will be too happy once they find out what you're doing, for all you know they could turn you in to the cops or something like that. It all depends on what your parents are like, and how seriously they take it. I wish you luck, though. Maybe they won't kill you. |

But good graffiti should be allowed and legal.
