Help

So, I used to cut myself. I know it's stupid to do but I can't help it. I need help cause every time I get depressed I want to. I am seeing a counselor. Please any help?!?

find a better emotional release write sumthin draw sumthin but dont cut urself all that dose it cause more problems

Just keep attending your counselor and maybe get an actual psychiatrist. Just try to keep your mind on things other than that. :/ I'm sorry I can't be of more help

i dont think that there is much of a problem with it ni used to do it as long as you stay away from the main vain parts then its fine at the end of the day even if we tell you no to do it any more you are still going to do it init

i agree with punk13 and exercise is good and makes u feel better so if u get upset go out for a run or bike ride and even if wat u do just takes your mind off cutting yourself like a hobby its much better
