Help. Please.

Okay,
Ever scince I was little, all I can remember is my sister picking on me. Lately though, we've actually been hanging out and having fun. She was in a car accident and broke her back, so she has back problems, she had stomach surgery.
Back to the subject,
now, we haven't kicked it in a while, and shes going back to her old ways. Shes even started hitting me now. I'm 15 and shes 19. Get a life? But i can't hit her back because then she'll complain about how i hurt her. My mom dont seem to do anything. She's constantly telling her friends how "im a fat***" or how "she'll knock me out". I'm at my wits ends. And she's not that much smaller than me. I'm 5'9 161. Shes 5'4 149. I just don't know what to do! Help!

I was in a similar situation. Not as bad though. My sister got a nose job, and she got away with bossing me around and being a total bitch to be. I somehow got grounded. If I've learned one thing being a little sister its this: they always want to win, so let them. If your sister criticizes you, say "Thanks" and walk away. Try not to engage. It usually works

Why does she hit you? Its not just random is it?

Has she got anger management issues or something? Acting like that when you're 19 is just immature.
You're bigger than her...when she kicks off surely you can control her movements without hurting her?

I'm not trying to make fun of your sister or anything, but I think you just have to walk away and be happy that you know you can probably beat her up (of course don't act on it) and that she seems like she's got the weight problems, judging by the sizes you gave. Don't make fun of her back. Just walk away smiling, it confuses people

And just wondering, is it like really hard when she hits you?

try talking to your parents? i don't know if that would work, but it's worth a try.
or simply talk to her, tell her to fuck off.

talk to her, like heartstrong said. if absolutely necessary, threaten her. don't actually hit her, but make it seem like you will. poke her in a bad spot, like the back of her arm (very sensitive) to assert that you're serious that if she doesn't stop, bad will follow.

try getting urself into a position were u cant be hit lke at the mall or a car trip then force her to tell u y she hits u and stuff

or u can make her life a complete hell using psychological warfare and stuff until u reach a compromise
