My parents had their divorced finalised last month after 23 years of marriage (they had been separated for the last 7ish of those years though!)

Technically yes they are and have been for 17 years this month.
BUT, they have been separated for the last 16 years.
They're just too lazy to get a divorce.

Mine were together for about 30 years (since they were 15 and 16) and married for 25 of those years. But my dad passed away in 2006. |
