I just lost it last night and lashed out against some friends, iv really upset one of them and im trying to make amends but its not working.
I dont know what to do she means everything to me, i dont want her to hate me.

I dont quite know why it happened, but everything kinda just surfaced and i snapped and really had a go at one of best friends, hes ok with it but his girl friend who is my best friend wasnt so pleased.
I just lost the plot a little bit, regretting it a hell of alot now.

Yeah. I think the most you can do is just say sorry and wait for her to accept it. And maybe try and channel your anger in other directions in the future. Quote:
