Lately my oldest brother has been more of a pain than usual (we've never gotten on and frequently physically fought) the last couple of days he's been threatening me and i actually believe he'll hurt me considering he's got a collection of swords a gun and some of the sharpest knives you can buy. but it's not just that, he's treated me like crap my entire life and now that my mums gone on holiday for two weeks i'm genuinely worried that he might hurt me so i've decided that i just want to get him out of my life and forget about him and i wanted to know if anybody else feels the same way about someone in their family.

Have you tried telling your brother how you feel? If possible, you should show him your concerns. I doubt he'll physically hurt you. What does your mom think about it?

i have a younger sibling hes doing this because ur probably being an ass to him and not even recognizing. ur disrespecting him and hes ur older brother he probably particaly raised you.


i raised my sister from 8-12now and she treats me like shit and yells at me i allways get stressed out and feel like ima kill her but when she grows up she realize that she was just being a stupid bitch and my parents tell her that shes just to dumb to see it

I agree with Ice here NJG. Please don't take offense but teens going through puberty can often be very tempremental and not even realising they are being so.

Sure he is probably over-reacting or annoying you, but if you two can learn to treat eachother with respect things will be a lot better.

He probably feels the same way, all it takes is one of you to be big enough to say something and start being nice and things will be a whole lot better.

Trust me, my little sister used to be a lot of trouble.

I'm the youngest in my first family, 16, I get along with all my 2 bros and 1 sis alright, infact I'm probably in the middle and sort of act like glue. I guess I'm the most spoilt one haha, and I always annoyed them when I was little and still do I guess, my theres sort of a distance between my older brothers and my sister, I wish we were much close knit, but my sister is my half sister, and my 2 brothers (they are full to each other) are also my half brothers, could be the happenings before I was born or when I was really young so I guess thats what holds my sis and bros bein really close.

But uh, I have this neice that is 5 years younger than me (my bro is 30 and had a kid) and I treat her like my little sister, Im sort of mean and always play around with her in that mean big brother way lol, she asks for it though, although I crossed the line once and actually made her cry because she really did think I would kill her/hurt her. I truly never intend to actually HURT her or something crazy like that, I love her.

Anyway I wouldn't worry too much, but yeah just talk about it with him, I personally don't relate with my siblings this way though, I can't sit down have one of those "serious" chats with em, really can't, weird kidna, maybe when were older and in seperate houses lol.

If i were you..I would seriously try to spend the night over my friends house as many times as i can! lol
