My teacher, I think, no joke, is a little bit racist. When I transfered to my school last year, I got put in his class because the class I wanted was full.

So, he assigned a ten page report on an important historical figure, and he made it clear you can't choose someone like Hitler or anything.

For my paper, I wanted to do Bernardo O'Higgins, the revolutionary who freed Chile, my home country, from Spanish rule (with the help of famous South American revolutionary Jose de San Martin). But my teacher said that "Bernardo O'Higgins isn't anyone important."

I tried to explain to him who Bernardo O'Higgins was, but he pulled me aside and told me that I couldn't do my report over a "spic".

So I ended up doing my report over William Shakespeare, and he still failed me. I spent a lot of time on this paper, and my dad, who works as a professor of Journalism and Mass Communications, proofread the paper and okayed it himself. My teacher just wrote "Worthless." on it in big red letters.

Worst of all, I've got his class next year. What should I do?

Well, bring it up to some other teacher, or maybe his superior or something.

Report it discreetly and provide probable evidence that it's like this. It usually doesn't work out if you're not making the best grades, where they use the logic, "Well, he's just a below average student."

Again, don't do this openly as if nothing happens. You'll have one pissed teacher at you.

It's possible to contact the school board, with reasonable backing on your side. It's a tough fight, but with reasonable course of action, without simply being. "He's picking on me!" Then something can be done.

I'm trying to figure out how homeboy got banned in ten innocuous posts.

Either way, this particular posts smells fishy. A teacher writing "worthless" on a paper? I have had some shit teachers, but I live with a teacher, and I know that kind of behavior -- whether the paper really is worthless or not -- will get you fired. Parents are crybabies about their children. The teacher I live with can't even give someone a bad grade without a slew of voicemails from the parents flipping the hell out about how smart their kid is and how dumb the teacher must be.

He got banned, because he was spamming and had a quite disturbing signature that I don't feel like describing...

but next time if he tells you not to do it go aheaad with it
actuallee do the essay you wanted to do and when he is away slide it under his door (so he cant tell you off at the time) with a note sayin how you thought that beranardo is a great guy and u want to broaden your teachers horizons (coz then there is less reason for him to moan if he wants to)

remember, teachers have a duty of care and if he is abusing it by saying nastee coments to you you defo should report it

Many Years ago... I have a same teacher like U.... in there... I was so angry with my teacher...... but my friend talk to me that it just for him.... U can write that can make UR teacher know about your mind......
