I had to do a report a few weeks ago in my 'family principles' class - and the topic was spanking kids.
Did your parents spank you when you were younger? (Or do they still? lol)
Will you spank your kids?
My rents' spanked my bro and my sisters and me and it was no big thing. I mean, it helped me I think. ANd I'll totally spank my kids if I have any.

i was only spanked 5 time total or something close to that. I used to find it fun when mum spanked me and i laughed cause it didn't hurt. So yeah she gave up after a while.

yup i got smacked :] and also the wooden spoon...
i remember one time i was running from my mum and she went to smack me on the bum with the spoon and it broke over the back of my leg.

Nope, no spankage here. Growing up without a father, the 'violent' ways of teaching your kids has never really got to this family. I guess I'm glad I didn't need it, and no, I will never spank my kids. Violence doesn't solve anything, imo.

I don't think my mums ever really smacked me except if i did something really bad.
When i have children i won't hurt them but if they do something wrong they will be smacked.
