Cigarettes
My mom quit smoking last year because of my complaints and she was a heavy smoker. Nowadays she started smoking again little by little. And I'm always catching her but when I complain she starts shouting at me and claims that if I complain more she will smoke more often. I dont wanna talk about this to her actually because I'm sure I cant find the right words but I dont know what else to do. I hid the cigarettes once but she found it I guess. Do you have an advice??

My parents smoke, did since they were teens and both are perfectly healthy.
Cigs giving people deaseses is just an american propaganda.

not much you can do, just dont argue with her about it...just keep saying random things like your lungs must look like BLACK TAR. lmao random things...and always talk to her dont argue...she should realize sooner or later and atleast TRY to do something about her addiction.

NHS Support actually helps, or you can buy the nicorette packs. Maybe you can send her emails and texts, but not letting her know its you, writing about the dangers of smoking and how many people are killed because of this useless drug.

no but the thing is she went thru an operation and quit smoking first she started to smoke only when shes with friends 1 or 2 now she smokes like 5 a day and I2m scared that it will go on... i mean buying the patchs will be unuseful i think..

Maybe your right, well maybe you should ask a friend to come over for a night, and when ur mums smoking, tell your friend to tell her about the disadavantages of smoking? Not like shes gonna shout at ur friend?
