One time when I was like 10 years old, My family & a couple of friends of mine all went on a short week long holiday, with the RV & everything.

When we stopped for a day, we all set everyhting up & had dinner, ect ect.

Two months later they got married.
9 months later, my sister was born.

My whole holiday remained akward. :S

Yes, I entered my parents' bedroom when they were making love (both under the blanket). In stead of shouting "get lost", my dad invited me in to come and sit next to them on the bed. He explained that they were engaged in the ultimate act of being a couple, making love to each other. They stopped what they were doing, but we discussed the situation and I became aware of the fact that they were very much in love, and being coupled (in a physical sense) was an expression of them being a married couple. I thought it was something beautiful.
When parents have an open relationship with their kids, sharing something as intimate as making love to each other, and being honest about sex, one cannot wish for anything better.
We have always had an open approach to discussing sex and sexuality in our family (consisting of myself and my sister). I now realise that sex is not a taboo subject for discussion, and that I should have the liberty to discuss it with the rest of my family, even at dinner table.
I get the impression that it is not done in many families, and that sex is a no-no subject in many families. What a pity.........

After my mom got remarried my room was right next to hers and my step-dads, and I never walked in b-cuz you can hear them from any where in the house.
