ok so friday i went to a friends house to play video games and i get a text from my ex gf that my sister is looking for the password to my computer [nobody but me knows it] because my mom wants on to delete all the porn and to put an internet block on it. well i was rather pissed called home and said "if anyones going on my computer they are getting pay back so dont friggen touch it!" well after a long fight with my friend over them telling me not to be mad i went home. my dad was standing there with a huge grin on his face so as he has done to me before i punched him in the face well he pinns me on the floor and tells my mom to call 911 so the police come im arrested for assult on my father and i spend the night in jail. wake up the next morning on my birthday to have to sign papers of a promise to appear to court aggenst my parents on march first so i go home and the fighting begins again the the police told me that all it takes is my home phone to call 911 once and im in juvie for 2 + months. well i now carry a knife on me all the time because after my night in jail cant handle another night never mind 2 months. and i told my parents i will be killing myself before the cops come again so if you want me to live dont call them. [and im not kidding i will it wasnt just to scare my parents] so im kinda looking for advise maybe as to what to do in court and how to get along with my parents. and really is porn all that bad that they had to make me go to jail over it? oh yes i also asked if i could go to a friends house the other day and my mom said no because my record with woman is to bad. so they found out i slept with my ex and now i cant go anywhere without them holding my hand for fuck sakes what do i do??

Sometimes you make a birthday what it is. Don't get me wrong, but I stopped having birthday parties when I was like 12 and made em for myself. My parents gave me a little bit of funding though. I just went out and got smashed from 16+ (drinking age in uk is 18 so it's no more unusual than a 19 year old in usa drinking (where i live now)) Why not get all your mates together and go do something you want?

Every sentimental teen has tried it. I tried it. 95% of the people on this forum that are under 20 tried it... probably those over 20 too.

Why bother? Trust me. I'm 18, have bills to pay (by my self). I have severe stress. If you want to kill yourself come live with me and pay my bills! hahaha.

I promise. When you're 16 life seems to suck out loud. Just wait a couple more years and it all clears up for you.

I agree with The Binz on that one, killing yourself won't make anything better.

Also, carrying a knife with you is going to make you MORE likely to get arrested, since carrying a knife generally makes a person start to look for fights, even if only subconsciously.

The fact that you watching porn is probably not the reason why you could end up in jail. Maybe its the fact that you hit your dad? The one that probably pays for all your stuff, and puts a roof over your head?

Porn isn't worth going to jail over or even hitting your parent in the face. There are a lot worse things that your parents could do, including beat you. If they do that, you have the right to call the police yourself.
Your parents are concerned, to be 16, having sex and looking at porn is scary for some parents. You don't hit them for that. If they're treating you badly, move out. If it's just over porn and them not letting you do stuff, stay there and have a roof over your head. But as long as it's their roof and they're paying for it, it's their rules that you have to abide by while you're under it.
