What do you think about this new game Black Ops 2 coming out in November this year? I want to know if you think this is something completely new or just an expansion of Black Ops. Thanks

It is an extension of Black Ops hence the name Black Ops 2. Which is totally fine with me, I loved the first game. Zombies will be a larger part of the game, and treyarch always does a good job with multiplayer. I will probably buy it

At this point, I've decided that any Call of Duty game isn't worth my money after that atrocity called Modern Warfare 3. They're really not making any changes on anything, just using the same engine from six years ago with it's dated graphics. My roommate will probably pick it up, and I'll more than likely borrow it from him and save my 60 bucks for Resident Evil 6 or Halo 4 or something more worth it.

It's going to be something more new if you look at all the leaked stuff of it.. seems more futuristic.

Everyone is complaining that it isn't something new. Let's be realistic here. It's a WAR game. The multiplayer isn't going to change. All the game creators can do is add a variety of guns, maps and killstreaks. If it isn't your cup of tea then stop bitching and moaning about it and play a different game. I have loved every game in the series besides MW3. The only complaint I have about that game is the spawns. If black ops 2 is anything like the first one, I will happily spend 60 dollars on it.

I was thinking about the new coming out C.O.D black cops 2. I thought it was very interesting that this game will be out of stock on the same day because it will be AWESOME!!!Reveal Trailer - Official Call of Duty: Black Ops 2

It will be different from Black ops. I cant tell whether it will be good but it is already clear that it will be innovative.

Lowering the skill ceiling? Yes.

Look at the gameplay for God's sake. Regenerating health again, and seeing ENEMIES THROUGH OBSTACLES. This kills a huge, important part of First person shooters.

I agree... Fog of war is always important in a war game.

It's not just FoW (which I rarely see, anyways), it's that it reduces any chance of cover, or any stealth-like play. Same thing with having those walls in CoD that you can shoot through.
