It usually means exactly what she says. Maybe if she was in control of herself, if she wasn't stressed and didn't have a lot to think/worry about, then she'd have the capability to fall for you but right now she's not ready to date or be in a relationship. I'm the same right now, I'm not ready to date after a recent breakup and I also feel like I'm not ready to because I want to get my life in order before I get into a new relationship. | |

I'd agree with what everyone has said.
She is dealing with other things right now, probably doesn't have time for a relationship, but I'd say she thinks about you. And would probably make that more known if that was her main focus and she had time for it.
Also gotta be aware of what episkopos said, she can just be stressed our and in moods etc saying one thing one day and another thing another day (I've had this happen) | |
