I'm not sure about California, but most states enforce a confidentiality thing, where if you tell the doctor something, and tell them not to tell your parents, they cannot disclose any information, unless it is something dangerous. But I don't know about the age limit.
i would say that it would be around 13? my parents encourage me to talk to my doctor alone so i have no problem telling the truth about whats going on. So you should be able to talk to him alone.
Seasons are changing and waves are crashing, and stars are falling all for us.
Days grow longer and nights grow shorter, I can show you I'll be the one.
Use me as you will, pull my strings just for a thrill,
and I know ill be okay, though my skies are turning gray. <3
