Or right in a journal about the positive qualities you have, rather than more negative. | |

Love yourself. Look in the mirror and start kissing your reflection. If you can be in love with yourself, you don't need anything else. But it's nice to have other things.

Well, be positive. Also if someone puts you down just blow it off and laugh. When you take things personally it makes you all depressed.
Other than that I can't really help you. I always seem to have confidence in myself even if times are hard.

i want to have self confidence too and having hard time with it and i hardly feel pretty i can't even get back into exercise and i don't the qualities i have but for example that my good qualties would be for me I am a good Aunt, good babysitter, good shopper, good tap dancer, good sister, good sewer all those things i have mention is that what you mean in good qualities? | |

Find something you are good at it, and excel at it. Do amazing at it, and you will have such a confidence boost.
