So yeah a lot of guys on here ask how to get the girl they like to like them, well this guide isn't for those AFCs. This guide is for the real alpha males, the cream of the crop,the guys that wanna get any female they want when ever they want. I'm gonna cover a bunch of different things in this guide and I will update it every now and then.

Fitness

Part of being an alpha is having an alpha body;strong pecks,abs,arms,legs and even a muscular neck. You don't want to be a fat ass or a scrawny little emo loser. Eat a balanced diet,eat six small meals a day and exercise at least 5 days a week. Do a combination of lifting and intense cardio. Eat your oats and do squats and then eat some more oats and do some more squats you need to be in shape to fully utilize my guide.

Style

Girls like a guy who knows how to dress well. Don't dress like a slob and don't dress like a boy, dress like a man. Go to kinowear.com and read all the archives on fashion. If you fallow the rules on kinowear and can come up with an original style you will be legit.


Attitude

First thing is first you can't crush on girls its just gonna end up hurting you in the long run. With women confidence is key act like your the coolest mofo in the place and people will think you are thats the magical secret.The only people who will generally hate you are bete males the quite guys who think if they stare at a girl long enough they will become interested in them and want to ask them out.

The Game

Don't be afraid of rejection if a girl blows you off who cares its her loss and there are a million more girls that want to be with you. Go for 7 and up, being with hotter girls raises your social value and will attract more hot girls just look at Davis Spade for example. Go and approach a girl within 3 seconds of making eye contact you have to be spontaneous. Open with anything you want ask her a question or my favorite pretend your mistaking her for someone you know.

From there you can just chat it up back and fourth be fun and make sure the conversation is moving forward know when to cut conversation threads. Tease her a bit it works best in groups to neg or tease your target and to disarm all the friends. Your goal is to get her number and meet her another time for coffee or something similar. Always get her number first and never just give out yours, also always get her name from her first you have to be the one in control. Women like to be led and challenged just look at dancing. If she asks you how old your are have her guess and then tell her.Get her number and then you can close with a hug or kiss on the cheek if she seems super interested.

Once you get her number text her a day or two latter and then call her. The ideal date is coffee. Get her to pay for her drink if you can, shes not your girl friend you don't have to buy for her. Try and sit next to her on a couch of something not across a table you want to run kino. Just do some basic kino escalation brush your arm against her ect. Always go back to the beginning of kino escalation and then start up again always trying to move forward. The goal is to get her conferable with you. After the date you can possible get her to go back to one of your places or schedule another date.

The best third date is pizza and a movie at your place, its a lot better if you guys make it she'll have fun and you can mess around a bit. From there kino during the movie and then some foreplay afterwards and you should be golden.

a coupla cardio sessions a week and a proper high protein diet and your good to go.

No duh I only lift 3 days a week I figured people could figure that out on their own.

Most of this is quite close to my routine for getting women, minus the dressing like a man. And I don't get buff, however I do keep fit.

You are right about the whole confidence is the key thing, go in not afraid to be rejected because there are plenty of other women. Also, the eye contact thing works. However there are a few things you did not take into consideration..

You can't do the same routine over and over again with the whole game thing, it doesn't work for every girl. Instead be observant, and try to pick up hints for an opening or what a good date would be after you get her number. If the date is enjoyable chances are you will be able to score after your first or second date.

This was just a generalization, I wrote this pretty fast. I see a lot of guys who go out and try to use text book mystery method which most girls have heard by now so they look like idiots. I generally just amog them when their trying to open a set for some easy value . Its all about natural game you have to be like a jazz musician and improvise like crazy, don't be boring and predictable.

Can't edit my first post so heres a few things too add.


1. Palm reading is a great thing to do to help build kino especially on a coffee date . The great thing is you don't have to know what your doing just make stuff up. Pause while your doing it and mumble something to your self like "thats interesting" and when she asks what say something like "your love line is pretty short, how many guys have you been with?" say it jokingly and don't really take the whole thing seriously your main goal is to get her comfortable with you touching her.

2. Don't ever get stuck in the friends zone if you every want to get out. The freinds zone is almost impossible to get out of so never let your self be put there. Don't spend money on a girl or go out of your way to do anything for a girl that your not dating simple as that. Value your self,your time and your money don't let her think being your friend is enough.

You can also talk about movies when you text them after you've known them a few days, and when they reply with a movie they wanna see, you can always just text back asking if they'd wanna go see it with you.

Movies are a bad first date for a few reasons.

1. You can't talk whole lot
2. Its a bit of money to spend on something thats not a sure thing
3. Its a bit hard to initiate kino
4. You can't really talk much
5. Its boring and sooo played out
