where to get ps3 fixed

my ps3 wont read any disk u put in it. games, blu-rays, etc. it doent show up that its in. is there any way to get it fixed?

p.s., i bought it at target wen they first came out, so th 90 day thing is up, an they said we'd hav to send it back to sony to get fixed.

This problem of not reading a disk is because of the hard drive you can try formatting your harddrive which WILL WIPE ALL OF YOUR SAVES AND STUFF LIKE THAT AND ONLINE PLAY but could save your PS3 i have known 3 friends who have had this and I told them to do this and 2 worked 1 had to be sent back, but again THIS WILL WIPE ALL OF YOUR SAVES i dont want you to do it realise your saves have gone and be like of that D**k off teen hut told me to do it :P

Send it to sony but they'll probably charge you about $80.

Buy and install a new DVD drive, your laser died

It's the bluray laser, same thing happened to me.

You get a years warranty with Sony, but you're void of that I think.. You can always try and complain to hell, and maybe they'll give you a refurb..

If you don't mind conning a company, take out some insurance with continuousplay, wait a couple weeks and then claim on the insurance.

Throw the POS3 away and buy a 360 is a lot better. I own both
