I have backdoor access To Wal-Mart’s Money Card database.
I can load up to a maximum of 2,000$ per card and delete the history of the card ever beeing loaded and the cash balance will still remain on the card.

The pin number will be 1234 on all cards or custom pin number if prefered by buyer.
