what is the best exfoliating cleanser?

So I realized that I don't think I exfoliate my skin. I use a make up remover on for my eye makeup and

Neutrogena Deep Clean Invigorating Foaming Scrub for my forehead every day (because my forehead is oily). It says it exfoliates but on the container it says use daily, and really exfoliation is only weekly.

I think exfoliating my face would help... But what products should i use?
And how should I do it... I feel like the deep clean helps stabilize acne but doesnt get rid of the small bumps on my forehad.

I'm a fan of Mary Kay products. Although i'm a dude, I still use their men's lines and their skin care products. Personally, I clean with: a #3 cleanser, which exfoliates as well as helps against acne (which i'm prone to), the #3 means that it's for oily skin; a #3 toner and moisturizer... in that order. The toner/ moisturizer can be applied up to 3 times a day (any more and you'll screw with your skin's production of oils, at least with products this high in magnitude). Together, my skin is generally smooth and acne-free. I'm actually often complimented for how well i take care of my skin...
