I don't find it attractive, in my opinion I wonder why someone would want something in their mouth... but whatever floats your boat
if your doing it to get girls... then i would suggest not to do it because youll probably not like it at the end of the day.

I'm a guy but gay so I think I have the same say as a girl. I find it to be unattractive. Especially the lisp that most people get with it. It's the most annoying piercing I've seen. I refused a guy once because he had one.
