Here goes:
If your hair is thin, a side fringe with a bang on the other side, or just some delicate bangs and a few layers would look nice, and a light de-frizzing cream if needed. Also if you want something different about the colour of your hair, dirty blonde looks great with light blonde highlights
A nice skin product to use is Matte ''mouse'' foundation. Lightly dot on your cover up on any imperfections and underneath the eyes then blend it, then apply the mouse lightly over the top and finish off with a pale compact powder so theres no shine in the wrong places.
If you aren't overly dramatic in appearance or personality, I suggest you use a dark brown mascara [or black if its what you're used to] and gold/brown toned or gray [makes your eyes look more blue] eyeshadows look great on blue/gray eyes [i have them :P]
Also shimmery silvers and golds, or more subtle shimmers, bring out the eye colour. Also a dark eyeliner pencil on your inner eye would look nice; a dark brown or onyx/black.
I suggest using a darker toned blush/powder and brushing [feather it with a large blush brush] it lightly from the middle of your ear, in a downwards curve/diagonal line, following the natural curve underneath your cheek bone, to accentuate them, and also dab a little shimmer or something with a pinkish tone on the actual cheek bone lightly to give a more rounded appearance.
haha listen to me ranting on.. anyway, try some of this out and see if it works for you. x
