Weight loss

I Am Interested in losing wieght, but not exactly sure how. No Matter how much I Excercise/Workout and watch what I Eat I Don't lose any. I Am 16 years old, 5'10", and 185 pounds.
Any Tips?

get into a routine. if your eating right and exercising it will work..
how long have you been doing it for?

key factors:
Consistancy (h/o you spell it)
Balanced diet
Intensity of exercise

Also the reason you might not see an immediate change could be your metabolism rate
