Well, I got my ears pierced (yay!) and I had some questions. So, I'm supposed to keep my studs on for 6 weeks, right? And how long am I supposed to wear post-type earrings? Is it advisable to wear hoops or dangling earrings right after the post-type earring phase is over? Thanks!
Ok, I say, to be safe, keep them in for 8 weeks. And if you done have them already: get FLAT earings. not the little studs they give you. Your ear will probably swell up and engulf the stud, get one that has a semi-wide, flat design so your ear cant eat it.
And dont wear hevy earings right afterwards, work your way up. Hoops should be ok as long as they arent big, and dangly earings are ok as long as they dont weigh down your earlobe.
