Tattoo question.
I am opening this because i am searching for an answer on this area. Ok, i really want to get a tattoo done, i really love them around the navel and i am usually fine with needles. I guess its going to sting, feel a little sharp but i cannot really imagine it being too bad where theres a lot of skin. Also, for the size of tattoo that i would like, it wouldn't take more than ten minutes to do i dont think. Has anyone else had one done near the navel? I know some people feel it more, but just for a bit of advice, how painful was it in this area of the skin? my friend recently got one and said it wasnt that bad at all.
Also, out of curiosity, i was just wandering if the tattoo ink could actually give blood poisoning?

Re: Tattoo question.
I have a tattoo across my shoulders/back. It wasn't very painful. A bit, but bearable.
Compared to the one on my chest, it was nothing.

Maybe she doesn't go for people like you and your mates.
It's her body.

Re: Tattoo question.
If the tattoo is original, artistic and meaningful to her she won't be.

Re: Tattoo question.
I have sat and thought about later years. True, however whats the point in missing out on things you love all because we grow up old? I have many years ahead of me before that..i know people having them in their fouties. Can you describe the pain that you felt on your shoulder? Like a stinging, sharpish pain? I think id be pretty fine with it.

Re: Tattoo question.
Yeah, it stung. Like getting heaps of shots pretty quickly.
On my shoulder it wasn't too bad, it got worse in the middle of my back, and better on the other shoulder.
It kind of tingles, a lot.
It really depends on your pain threshold.

Re: Tattoo question.
I think it really depends on where you're getting the tattoo. The skin around your navel is most likely a lot more sensitive compared to on your shoulder, so it'll probably hurt more. If you've been thinking about this for a while - just go for it! Even if it hurts, it can only hurt for so long then the pain will be gone. Like when you get a needle, it hurts for the first couple seconds, then you're pain free and you go on with your day. Btw, make sure the person doing your tattoo has STERILE working tools. Please look some more of this stuff online and talk to the person who will be doing your tattoo about the procedure/after care before you get anything done. D:

Re: Tattoo question.
I think you can only get ink poison from a tattoo is you're cut rather deeply and the ink gets into your bloodstream. Although the chane of getting cut rather deeply around your naval is very very slim.
