Has the amount of people you have to rep before repping someone changed?
I swore it was five or something before... but I tried to rep Jess yesterday and I couldn't so I used out ALL of mine for the day and now I STILL can't rep her.

I think that's kinda dumb... I think 10 (I think that's a days worth) should be enough.
Five might not have been, 'cause then you can rep twice in a day...

yeah, it's impossible to rep someone twice within 24 hours now. (unless you're mayank.)
because now you have to rep 9 people in between people, and the most you can rep is 10 in 24 hours. (i'm fairly sure), so yeah. | |

I agree in some points here, 'cos If I wanted to rep someone again with like 48 hours, I don't want to have to go round spreading pointless rep to loads just so I can rep this person again. | |
