I got the answer
Dear user,
Your Vip membership has been suspended due to failure to meet the requirements. Our requirements suggest that one should not have infraction points more than 5. Your infraction points have exceeded 5 and so the vip membership has been suspended temporarily.
Please do contact me as soon as your infraction points become 5 or less. Also note that there will be no compensation with points during your suspension. You will still be charged points because its not our fault that you attained so many infractions.
One of my infractions expires at 8pm, i will only have 5 points then... Can I have it back then please
